This website presents the activities of Vaidya Atreya Smith. He offers workshops and trainings in Ayurveda since 1998. His school specializes in a therapeutic form of Ayurvedic massage know as Atreya Abhyanga® that is adapted to the Western therapist. We also offer extensive trainings in Ayurvedic Nutrition, Ayurvedic Herbal therapies, lifestyle counseling, disease prevention with Ayurveda and basic trainings that are needed to become a professional Ayurvedic therapist. If you want to learn Ayurveda our school has a broad range of courses available. Each year the Institute offers clinical trainings in India with expert doctors. The Institute is mainly a not-for-profit organization that invests profits in the publication of books on Ayurveda for the public or in developing text books for Western schools of Ayurveda. We are no longer affiliated with David Frawley and the American Institute of Vedic Studies with whom we collaborated from 1997 to 2008.
