Jyotish Consultations

Jyotish is the traditional astrology of India, often called "Vedic Astrology". A consultation with Atreya includes a traditional analysis of birth charts, the ninth harmonic, transits, and Ashtakavarga, among other things. The purpose of a Jyotish consultation with Atreya is to draw on his 38 years of experience as a therapist to shed light on life issues or events that may be causing problems. Jyotish, as practiced by Atreya, is not merely predictive. It is a science that helps you understand the likely manifestations of karma indicated by your birth chart.

Consultations take place online on Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings.

Duration: 1 hour

Types of Jyotish Consultations and Rates:

– Natal chart analysis, covering topics such as personal relationships, work, finances, spiritual journey, life in general, etc. Please send a maximum of 3 questions to Atreya; keep in mind that general questions yield general answers, while specific questions yield specific answers.

Price: 180 CHF

– Muhurta: Selecting a date and time for an important event, such as a wedding or starting a business, etc.

Price: 180 CHF

– Medical astrology: Choose this consultation if you have been diagnosed with an illness and would like to receive an astrological remedy as well as advice on Ayurvedic treatments. Please note that many conditions are incurable.

Please note that Atreya spends about an hour preparing and recording a video of the consultation. If you are available, you can participate in the consultation live online; otherwise, it will be recorded as a video for your viewing. He will send you a link to this video, which you can watch as many times as you like. He will also sends you a PDF file containing your birth chart as well as any additional charts he may draw up or use. Atreya practices South Indian Nadi astrology, which sometimes requires him to draw or calculate dates and times by hand to answer your questions. He will also send you recordings of mantras or advice on the remedies he suggests during the consultation. Therefore, given the time spent on the consultation, the price covers two hours of his time; one hour preparation and one hour of consultation.
