&lt;p&gt;After years of working in publications, health issues brought Gayatri to Ayurveda and Yoga. &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt; After returning from a trip to India where Gayatri received a number of Ayurvedic treatments she adopted a new approach to her lifestyle.
