Consultations in Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the traditional health system of India. A consultation with Atreya covers the traditional analysis of the three Doshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Diet and lifestyle are used with food supplements to bring the Dosha into balance and avoid illness. Atreya has written 6 books on Ayurveda and three textbooks for schools. He specializes in women’s health, chronic disorders, allergies and auto-immune disorders. He has been practicing Ayurveda since 1987.
